Grind or brine with Olivelle’s Butcher’s Blend Essentials. This seasoning salt combines coarse cut salt and peppercorns with aromatic garlic and herbs to provide an essential seasoning for any cook. Leave course and generously season meat and veggies or dissolve with water to create a brine. Add to a grinder to intensify the pungent flavors of pepper and garlic and delicate herbs to season eggs, salads, veggies, potatoes, or pasta.

How to Use:

  • Generously rub beef, poultry, pork, or fish.
  • Freshly grind to season or finish veggies, pasta, potatoes, and eggs.
  • Create a brine for meats and veggies.
